Perbedaan Sony Xperia SP dan Xperia L

Sony Mobile Communications Indonesia kembali menambah jajaran produk terbarunya dengan menghadirkan Sony Xperia SP dan Xperia L. Kedua ponsel itu resmi diperkenalkan pada Rabu, 15 Mei 2013. Kedua produk tersebut sudah bisa dibeli mulai pekan ini.

Sony Xperia SP disebut-sebut sebagai versi lebih murah dari Xperia ZR, yang hendak diluncurkan pertengahan tahun ini. Xperia ZR memiliki keunggulan pada kameranya karena mampu memotret dan merekam video di dalam air hingga kedalaman 1,5 meter.
Fiturnya memang serupa tetapi spesifikasinya diturunkan sedikit,” ujar Marketing Manager Sony Mobile Communications Indonesia, Ika Paramita, di Jakarta.

Teknologi Mobile Bravia Engine 2 terbaru membuat tampilan layar ponsel ini sama dengan tampilan pada Smart TV. "Tampilan layar sama tajamnya seperti saat menonton televisi," kata Ika. Sehingga, layar menampilkan gambar seperti apa adanya.

Namun dia tidak membantah, produknya juga ditargetkan bagi kalangan mainstream. .Ada juga yang memang membeli untuk prestisius, yang penggunaan aplikasinya tidak dimaksimalkan,” ucap Ika.

Sony Mobile Communications melemparkan dua produk terbarunya, Xperia SP dan Xperia L, ke pasar mulai pekan ini. Sony Xperia SP dibanderol seharga Rp 3,99 juta, sedangkan Xperia L dihargai Rp 2,99 juta per unit.

Kedua ponsel tersebut memiliki keunggulan masing-masing. Xperia SP, misalnya, layarnya menggunakan teknologi Bravia, sama seperti yang diusung Smart TV Sony.

Meski memiliki layar lebar, yaitu 4,6 inci, kata Ika, model ponsel Xperia tidak masuk jenis phablet. Tidak, ponsel kita memiliki ciri khas sendiri,” ujar Ika selaku manajer pemasaran.

Selain unggul dalam tampilan layar, Xperia SP dibuat dengan rangka aluminium yang kokoh dan halus serta desainnya unik, yaitu elemen transparan yang beriluminasi dan bisa berubah warna.

Perubahan warna ini bisa disesuaikan untuk memberi tahu adanya panggilan dan pesan singkat yang masuk,” ucap Ika. Sejauh ini masyarakat Indonesia memiliki tanggapan yang baik terhadap distribusi Sony Mobile. Produk kami memang tidak sebanyak kompetitor, tapi kami memiliki target market sendiri.

Ika menyebutkan produknya menyasar kalangan yang tech-aware atau kelompok masyarakat yang sadar teknologi. Umumnya, laki-laki yang suka mengutak-atik aplikasi di ponselnya dan meng-upgrade.
